Turnaround time
Please allow 8-10 working days in general for the completion of dental devices.
Denture stages are processed in 5 working days.
Products may receive priority status with an emergency fee of €20

Collection Options
If you are located in Dublin, give us a call to see if you are in our local driver collection zone. The drivers service most areas in Dublin, collecting your impressions and delivering the completed dental product.
If your practice is outside the Dublin area, we can offer you a courier service with DHL. Please call or email us to discuss this option.
How to Send a Case to Us

If you call us before 12 p.m., the package can be picked up in the afternoon.
2.
Include specific case details, description, and information on the lab docket.
Ensure all disinfected impressions, models, and case components are placed in a sealed plastic bag.
Separate the lab docket from the wet paper wrapped impressions.
3.
Check the impressions (free of drags, not dried out) and model before dispatching (no chipped plaster tooth or parts).
Pack your case with the completed lab docket in a box or package using bubble wrap or other materials to prevent damage during shipping.
